- The Student Employment Experience (SEE) offers workshops that help supervisors empower student employees, connect their work to learning goals, and foster professional growth.
- BuckeyeLearn, the university’s Learning Management System, has a plethora of training videos, documents and modules for you and your student employees.
- Ohio State faculty and staff have free access to LinkedIn Learning, provided by the Office of Human Resources, the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and the University Staff Advisory Committee. You get 24/7 unlimited access to learn at your own pace in courses that are relevant to your current role or also many other passions. There are 30-70 new courses added weekly, which gives you the ability to grow and develop in the areas you care about both at and outside of work.

- Located in the Ohio Union, Buckeye Commons offers students a welcoming space to connect, find resources, and receive mentorship. Student employees seeking career support can connect with a Career Coach or use the Career Resource Guide anytime.
- Students may struggle to succeed because essential needs, such as food, housing or clothing, are not met. The Monda Student Resource Center, located in the Younkin Success Ceter, enhances students' holistic, essential needs through resources and support from campus and community partners.
- Kindness at Ohio State provides you the opportunity to demonstrate kindness by recognizing your student employees. If one or more of your student employees has displayed significant growth, solved a problem, gone above-and-beyond the call of duty and/or brought positivity into the workplace, we encourage you to acknowledge it by sending them a kudos!
