What is a SEE Supervisor?
A SEE supervisor is:
- An Ohio State faculty or staff member
- A direct supervisor to one or more Ohio State student employee(s)
- Formally enrolled in the SEE program
SEE supervisors are committed to empowering student employees to grow personally and professionally through their on-campus employment. They do this by engaging the students they work with in ongoing coaching and a Guided Reflection On Work (GROW) conversation each semester. SEE supervisors participate in trainings tailored to the needs of supervisors of students and receive individual support throughout their enrollment in the program.
