What is a SEE Supervisor?

To be a SEE supervisor, you must: 

• Be an Ohio State faculty or staff member 
• Directly supervise one or more Ohio State student employee(s) 
• Complete the SEE supervisor training workshops 

SEE supervisors are committed to empowering student employees to grow personally and professionally through their on-campus employment. They are active participants in their student employees’ learning and encourage them to make connections between their on-campus work, academic coursework and career plans.
